If there is an issue with the delivery of your shipment, please contact the postal service that was used to ship your items. If they can't find a resolution, fill out the order issue form after 10 business days after receiving your tracking number. This gives the item time to show up or tracking time to begin moving. It is not a guarantee that I will find a solution for the undelivered items but we will try our hardest to resolve the situation with fairness on both of our ends.
