This FAQ page addresses some of our most frequently asked questions.

Refunds

  • Q: Can I get a refund for my order?
    • A: Our policy is all sales are final. Grey Huffington does not offer refunds for any products

Shipping

  • Q: How much is shipping?
    • A: Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery

  • Q: What happens if my order is delayed?
    • A: Unfortunately, if your order experiences a delay after it leaves our facility, it's beyond Huffington HQ's control. In these cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery updates using the tracking information provided with your shipment.

Order Issues

  • Q: What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
    • A: If your order needs to be corrected (missing an item, wrong item sent) or arrives damaged, please complete our online order issue form within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a clear picture of the issue and your order number.

Packages Returned to Sender

  • Q: What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
    • A: If your package is returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses entered by the customer during checkout, we can reship it to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost or Stolen Items

  • Q: What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
    • A: We understand packages can occasionally be lost or stolen during transit. Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facility, Huffington HQ has limited control over its delivery and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If there is an issue with the delivery of your shipment, please contact the postal service that was used to ship your items. If they can't find a resolution, fill out the order issue form after 10 business days after receiving your tracking number. This gives the item time to show up or tracking time to begin moving. It is not a guarantee that I will find a solution for the undelivered items but I will try my hardest to resolve the situation with fairness on both of our ends.

Heard Audiobook Subscription

  • Q: What is the minimum commitment for the audiobook subscription?
    • A: There is a two-month minimum billing cycle required before you can cancel your audiobook subscription. This means you must be subscribed for a minimum of two months.
