Please take the time to acquaint yourself with the terms and conditions before purchasing or finalizing anything on the ghuffington.com site. I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

  1. I have read the return & subscription policy page.
  2. I confirm that I have ordered the correct items and quantity.
  3. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
  4. I understand that Grey Huffington is not responsible for any missed, lost, or rescheduled deliveries from USPS/UPS.
  5. I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website. 
  6. I understand that all order issues are to be submitted using the order issue form and not via email.
  7. I confirm that I will allow 3-5 weeks for order processing and shipping. 

  8.  I confirm that if I purchased a pre-order to refer to the product description for estimated shipping times. These times may vary depending on production schedules.

  9. I understand that all sales are final on ghuffington.com.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns. 

We are not responsible for USPS/UPS misplacements, mishandling, etc of shipments. Refunds are not offered for USPS/UPS mistakes, non-delivered items, etc. 

We understand the stress of not receiving a package. However, once a shipment leaves our possession, we have no control over where it goes and where it ends. Unfortunately, we have no more information about a particular shipment than what tracking shows.

If there is an issue with the delivery of your shipment, please contact the postal service that was used to ship your items. If they can't find a resolution, contact us after 10 business days of receiving your tracking number. This gives the item time to show up or tracking time to begin moving. It is not a guarantee that we will find a solution for the undelivered items but we will try our hardest to resolve the situation with fairness on both of our ends

 

HEARD Subscription Cancellation Policy:

HEARD is a monthly membership that provides access to exclusive benefits. By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of two months. You must be subscribed for at least two months before you can cancel. 

 

HEARD Subscription Billing:

A NEW BILLING CYCLE STARTS ON THE 28TH OF EACH MONTH (NO MATTER WHEN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEGAN). This means your card will be charged on the 28th of each month, no matter when you subscribed. The best time to opt into HEARD is the 28th-31st of any given month. 

Here's How Billing Works:

  • Example: You subscribe on September 24th. You receive full benefits immediately.
  • On September 28th, you are charged for the upcoming month of October.

Important Notes:

  • To receive perks, you must be signed into your account.
  • Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
  • Please use your email address for all digital product orders, including audiobooks.
  • If your discount doesn't appear at checkout, contact us before completing your purchase.
