In love. Absolutely amazingly written.
I love getting books directly from the site. It is always an experience. The amazing packaging and the excellent quality of the books. Love it!
Initially I definitely was not interested, however Grey just KNEW how to pull the story together (should always have faith in Grey). Eden "Egypt" was definitely a nuisance because you had ample opportunity to "clear the ear", yet she just kept fumbling like she was stuck. Chemistry, the big brother who would take the fall for his siblings especially his sisters AND the sisters who will go to war for him. LOVE how Chemistry pointed out that they didn't have to like nor love his choice in woman, but they had to respect her. TWO SNAPS for that because that is the energy we all need behind our significant others. I cannot wait to see what Grey does for The Grey List Series.
I spent entirely too long reading this because I didn’t want it to end. I feel empty now because it’s over. This book could have been longer and I wouldn’t have complained. I am sad that Chem missed the death of his father and the birth of his daughter. I teared up a few times during parts of this book. One being when she woke up and her partner told her she had been compromised and she kept calling Chem and he didn’t answer. When they were bringing him out of his house after the arrest. When she went home and couldn’t handle what had happened and begged God to take the feeling away. When he became emotional after learning his father had passed.
This book was so dark but so real. Good job Grey. You have a gift with this writing.
